The Sony Xperia P has a 4-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels and the design is attractive. It’s also got WhiteMagic technology which provides brighter display with great level of details and everything looks nice and sharp.

Currently it runs on Android v2.3 Gingerbread (upgradable to v4.0). It has a Dual core 1 GHz processor and 1 GB of RAM, which delivers good overall performance.
It has 8MP rear facing camera with autofocus and LED flash and the camera quality is good. It also record videos in 1080p @30fps. It also has a front-facing VGA camera with medium quality for video calling.
The Sony Xperia P has an internal storage of 16 GB (13 GB user-available), which is a decent storage size. But it doesn’t have an external memory card slot to expand it’s storage.
It has a Li-Ion 1305 mAh battery which is not great, but it delivers decent battery life and the battery is non-removable. Additional features include Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspot, DLNA, Bluetooth v2.1, NFC , microUSB v2.0.

The Sony Xperia P is a good mid-range Android smartphone with brighter display, good camera and fast dual-core processor. But, currently it runs on Android v2.3 (Gingerbread) and there is no microSD card slot to expand it’s storage capacity.

Thanks Nizam for shearing your views. It ‘s truly a great phone. Camera has 8 MP is truly smart business phone. Android 2.3 is not bad and you get 16 GB internal memory that’s enough for PDA devices so there is not need for microSD card. Thanks again for shearing this news.
